That is phenomenal. I never thought I could have done 10 percent before fasting. So, when I hit that goal, I was ecstatic. Plus, my <strong>BMI<\/strong> has gone from 40 to 31. My <strong>blood pressure<\/strong> is in the normal range. My <strong>A1C<\/strong> has gone from 6.4 to 5.4. I ended up developing pre-diabetes conditions. Blood pressures started going up. The weight kept going on and pretty soon before I knew it. I gained almost a hundred pounds. None of those things I tried worked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d7 HCG diet \u2013 driving me to be fatigue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d7 Jenny Craig \u2013 didn\u2019t like the food<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d7 Nutrisystem \u2013 didn\u2019t like the food, either<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d7 Weight watchers \u2013 on and off for years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d7 Keto \u2013 not working and expensive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The common denominator behind all of them: they <strong>weren\u2019t sustainable<\/strong>, and I needed to <strong>do something extra<\/strong> to drop pounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, intermittent fasting did make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intermittent fasting is not a diet.<\/strong> I don\u2019t need to intentionally curb my hunger because, in the eating window, I am <strong>allowed to eat everything<\/strong> I like. No extra Legos are needed but adjust how they are combined. That\u2019s handy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.adjust.com\/icfo385\">Soon<\/a>, a fasting assist tool, makes the effect of intermittent fasting phenomenal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a coach. She reminds me to start and end fasting at the right time. She takes care of my sleep. She recommends the drinks, food, and recipes. She encourages me to do a simple exercise. It\u2019s everything combined for my <strong>overall wellness<\/strong>. And that\u2019s what I love about it. This is going to be the way I keep the weight off is to <strong>follow the core principles of intermittent fasting<\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soonfasting.com\/blog\/intermittent-fasting-and-weight-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">relationship between fasting and weight loss<\/a>. Intermittent fasting has helped me to eliminate high cholesterol medications. My A1C has improved and my general doctor is so pleased with the weight loss and my health in general. The end result has been the real me coming out for the first time in all my years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My family is so proud of me and what I\u2019ve been able to accomplish.
