How can I cancel the subscription?

For iOS Users

Please do the below steps to cancel a subscription from App Store.

1. Go to your phone Settings.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. You might need to sign in if have not logged in.

3. Tap Subscriptions and find the subscription that you want to manage.

4. Use the options to manage your subscription.

For Android Users

Please go to your Account Settings at Google Play: Play Store->Account->Subscriptions->choose the one you want to cancel, and then cancel it.
